You can do either. Your program is built around what you have access to. If you have a full gym, great. If you only have dumbbells and bands at home, I’ll design around that.
Absolutely. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, your plan will match your current level and progress with you.
That’s exactly why I create custom programs. Even 3 sessions a week can deliver results if the training and nutrition are structured the right way.
Once you join, you’ll get your custom plan and a Typeform to fill out your details. We’ll track progress with weekly check-ins (via text or email). VIP members also get weekly Zoom calls for face-to-face accountability and form checks.
Starter ($100 one-time): A 4-week blueprint you run on your own.
Standard ($150/month): Custom program + meal guide, plus weekly check-ins.
VIP ($200/month): Everything in Standard, plus weekly Zoom calls, form checks, and lifestyle coaching.
You’ll have direct access to me through check-ins. For VIP members, you’ll also get priority communication and live call time each week.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can choose monthly coaching or the one-time Starter package. No hidden fees, no contracts — you can cancel anytime.
